How can i tell if my rats are neutered?

i have a few boy rats and im wanting to add some girls to the house hold

but i cant tell if my boy have been neutered

i got my ratties from a exotic pet that has now closedHow can i tell if my rats are neutered?
If they are from a pet store, it is very unlikely that they are neutered. If you see prominent testicles, chances are they were not neutered.

If you get the girls fixed, they will be perfectly fine to be kept with unneutered males, yes. I'd recommend getting the girlies fixed as there are a lot of health benefits to it as well:

You need to examine their genitalia, as you normally would when sexing them. Simply compare them to what they are supposed to look like. Here's a guide: http://www.ratztails.co.uk/sexingrats.ph鈥?/a>

Usually, male testicles are quite large when they are fully grown. By many adult males simply have small testicles which may even go unnoticed.

If anything, you can take them to a vet.

EDIT: As long as one of the genders are all spayed or neutered, then the opposite gender does not matter. But are you certain the girls are spayed? If so, they will be perfect together whether your boys are neutered or not :)
The chances that they have been neutered are slim to none. It is expensive, difficult and risky, therefore rare. I would suggest you go on with the assumption they are not.
If you go to a vet then they can tell.
Chances are if you got them from a pet store they arent nuetered
Are you serious?
