Do you really believe that some Chinese restaurants cook with rabbit, rats, and eagles? If so tell why?

Whoever told you that? There's FDA regulations.... If they do cook rats then good lord i been eating the hell out of some rat fried rice...Do you really believe that some Chinese restaurants cook with rabbit, rats, and eagles? If so tell why?
not in china.

well, I've eaten rabbit in china, also in france and the US, but never seen rats or eagles on a chinese menu.

sometimes they use descriptive phrases like ';Eagle and Dragon'; to refer to a dish made from chicken and fish. Just sounds better.Do you really believe that some Chinese restaurants cook with rabbit, rats, and eagles? If so tell why?
It's believable. In chinese markets most animals - including what we class as domestic pets are sold as food. If restaurant owners can get cheap meat %26amp; it tastes ok, they're going to go for it if they can get away with it.
yeah because i've heard that they do by ALOT of people
no
In China, certainly. Especially in what are called the 'wet markets', there are all sorts of things like smoked rat, cockroach, silkworm, and locusts (all mostly deep fried on a stick).

They have had a very poor peasant class for a very long time and like many things, learnt to survive and even enjoy things that may seem unpleasant in other cultures.

If it makes you feel any better most westerners eat cheese which is based on rotting milk. (it's a lot more than that now of course)

Do Chinese restauratunts do this in the US? Not likely. Meat is so cheap, and I'm sure it's pretty hard to catch a decent rat.

Rat meat is oily and stringy and I'm sure you'd notice it in your food.

Rabbit meat is certainly commercially available and is really very expensive.

Eagles would be so hard to catch for so little meat.
I don't believe that in an American Chinese restaurant your going to get anything other then. Pork, Chicken, Beef, Shrimp, etc. but if you want some humor click on the link.
